Starbucks Italian Roast Coffee Review
VIDEO TRANSCRIPT: Hey, welcome to Coffee Coffee Coffee, your place for average joe coffee reviews. Vuoi un caffè? So today’s coffee is a Starbucks coffee, but it’s a different Starbucks coffee. - It’s their Italian Roast. And it’s in between their Espresso Roast and their French Roast. The French Roast has a smoky kind of edge according to this. And the Espresso Roast would be a little bit lighter. - Right. - So this is a little bit darker. - And sometimes the French Roast is a little bit ruder. - So mean. He’s just saying that because his family is Italian, so he’s prejudiced towards this coffee. Yeah so, they recommend two tablespoons but we have found it’s just too, like, bitter, when you do that. - For us. - Yeah, for our tastes, that’s just too bitter. So we just do the one tablespoon, like normal. - Or heaping one. - Or heaping, yeah, but not too heaping. - Yeah. - I do it too heaping sometimes so, yeah. So, it says it should hold its own with cream and sugar, so, you know, some coffees if you put cream and sugar, you kind of lose the coffee flavor. - Right. - But this should stand up to that. So, pretty intense. - Does it say where the beans are from? - It says it’s 100% Arabica, it doesn’t say where the actual beans come from. But it did say that it’s, it’s a part of Conservation International and they are, this is supposed to be ethical coffee sourcing, so. - Ah. - There you go. - Ethical by who’s standards? We don’t know. - That is true, yeah, we don’t know. Everybody knows Starbucks. - That’s right, that’s right. A wholly owned subsidiary of themselves. - Right. - Alright, well let’s get into the. - The actual coffee. - Tasting and reviewing of this Starbucks Italian Roast Vespa flavor. - It’s got a Vespa on the front, which is pretty cool. I would love a Vespa one of these days. - You know, I thought about being the Vespa real estate agent. - Why? - Because then I could ride a Vespa. - Yeah, I would like to go back to Italy and ride in a Vespa. - Yeah. - Or not just ride in, but actually drive one. Not just be on the back of one. - Yeah, that would be boring for you. Not for me, ‘cause I’d be driving. Hopefully. If you were riding on the back of it. - Okay, well what do we think about this coffee? Hmm? What do you think? - Overall, I’m able to drink it all. It may be a little more bold for my personal taste. - Yeah, yeah, I would say it’s like a little bit bold, a little bit, a little bit more on the bitter side I guess. Not, not too bad, but it’s like on that cusp of, I don’t really enjoy bitterness. - Yeah, I can’t really taste any bitterness. Well, maybe a tad. - Just, I mean it’s a tinge, just. - But overall, it’s an okay cup. - It’s okay, but I’m just like, because coffee, well Starbucks coffee is a bit more expensive. We did get this one for $6.99 a bag, because it was on sale at Publix, but if it were $8.99 I wouldn’t buy it. - Yeah. - For that price, I expect a better cup. - I wouldn’t buy it at $8.99 unless I called you and got permission. Then I would. - Right, smart idea. - But, so would we buy it again at. - At full price? - No. - Uh uh, but on sale, sure. - Yeah I think so and our donut rating of five donuts, where would we put that? - Three? - I would think three, right? - Three. - Even at the discounted price. - Yeah. - Because there are other coffees you can get for about the same price. - Yeah. - And then when you look at it that way. So three donuts out of five. - Yeah. - But, yeah, anything else to add on it? - I will say that Starbucks is one of the only places that I can get a cup of coffee, out and about, through the drive through, that’s a decent cup of coffee. - Yeah, and I can drink their black house blend, or whatever it is that you get when you just say I want a black coffee. - But why would you? - Well, just because I don’t know how to order at Starbucks. And when I do know how to order at Starbucks, pour example, that was French, our review of Cafe Breve, and the guy was like cappuccino or latte, and I was, I didn’t know what to say. I said latte. And then I Googled it, and Cafe Breve is a latte. - With espresso. - So it’s like why did he even ask me? - Yeah. - Starbucksies person. - Yeah. - But yeah. Alright. - So it is a complicated place to order. - Yes, certainly, I had to Google it the first time I went there. How do you order a coffee at Starbucks? I was nervous, I didn’t want to get thrown out. - That’s the saddest thing ever. - Well, hey, I either get thrown out or they stick a crocheted beanie cap on my head and I have to sit in the corner. Joe Coffee Tall, Dark and Handsome Coffee Review
VIDEO TRANSCRIPT: Hey, welcome to Coffee Coffee Coffee, your place for Average Joe coffee reviews. And hey, today’s coffee is Joe Coffee. So Kayla, tell us about it. - All right, well, this is Joe Coffee, which is… - Joe Coffee. - We found it at HomeGoods, which we had never been to before. - HomeGoods. - And our, well, my brother-in-law, your brother, told us about it. It’s like a TJ Maxx… - Antfog1 - Offshoot, so this is just like cheap coffee. It is called Joe coffee. It’s made by Paramount coffee company, which is an employee-owned company in Lansing, Michigan. Kinda like on New in Town. - Yeah, the employees bought from the muckety-mucks. Its a good movie, check it out. - Yeah, it is a good movie. This brand is all about not being fancy. It’s just average Joe, for the average Joe. - Just like us. - Kinda like what we talk about, so, we paid $4.99 for this bag. So, that’s cheap. It’s a 12-ounce bag. - Right. - So really cheap, and this is the tall dark and handsome roast, which is the dark roast. So, Arabica beans, not much else to say about it. It’s just, like, average Joe coffee. - Yeah, and it looks like it’s in a brown paper bag. - Yeah, they’ve only got like four different roasts, this, you know, Joe coffee. Joe knows coffee is what they say, there you go. - Well let’s see if Joe does know coffee. Since we are, of course, the experts. - We are not experts. - We are average coffee experts. - We are just average Joes. I gotta say so, this coffee, the first few times that I had it, it was with heavy cream, which is… - Heavy cream I mean heavy cream could make, I don’t know, coffee in a shoe taste good I think. But, this is the first time I’ve had it with just half and half, and I thought that maybe you know, since it was heavy whipping cream, that had like, maybe made me think it was better than it really was, but, I definitely like this coffee. - Yeah, me too. - It’s good, I mean, it’s not my absolute favorite coffee, but, especially for the price, this is like, you know, cheap coffee. - Yeah, it’s got a, I think, a little bit of a nuttiness. - And a richness, I would say. Rich, nutty, I like it. - Yeah, and cheap. - Yeah cheap! - $4.99 for a twelve-ounce bag. - Love the cheap. - It’s hard to come by. Now, we will say we were at HomeGoods because, my brother had told us about it. We went to get coffee cause’ he showed us on a video all this coffee on the wall. Not on the wall, on the shelf. - That would be weird. - So, all this coffee, so we went. And we started looking and we’re like, wow, there is a lot of coffee. - Starbucks. - Yeah, a lot of the coffees were flavored coffees. So there were like, no-name, flavored coffees. And we were kind’ve looking at those, but we didn’t really wanna try those just now. But, they did have all kinds of Starbucks coffee. But, then we got to looking at the expiration dates, and we were there in November, 2017, and, some of them expired in December and January. - Pretty close to the expiration date, which we’ve heard, was it Cast Away Dave told us? - Yes. - That he said he’s heard you should have at least a months buffer in between the expiration date. I mean, you know coffee doesn’t really expire, but it does get, less tasty, so, we didn’t want to do that for the reviews. Cause’ we thought that could taint the review. - Right, and the Joe coffee was April, I think. - Yeah, it’s pretty far out. - No no no, September of next year. So that’s pretty good. - What if they put their expiration dates way out? I don’t know. - That’s right, they just make it up. Like yay, it will be good forever. This was actually made in 1958. - No. So anyway, neat bag, and coffee… flavor, nutty, right? - Yeah, nutty. - Bold? - Bold, yeah, but not too bold, like just rich. I would say rich, not bold. I don’t know if there’s a distinction but to me there is. - Yes. - Overall we would buy it again, - Oh yeah, I’d buy it again. - We don’t have HomeGoods near us, - We don’t, yeah. - It’s 45 minutes from here, and that’s just too far to drive. - Yea, good coffee. - And you don’t have to buy it at HomeGoods. You can buy it online, but I’ve never seen it in publics, or any place like that, but, there you go. - So, winner winner chicken dinner on that one. - Yeah, absolutely. - I wouldn’t give it five donuts, out of five, but four. - Four, yeah. Especially because of the solid price. - A solid four, yeah. - Even if it was more expensive, I think still. - Yeah, it’s not like the price is that big of a kickup for it. Very good, well. - Alright, well if you want more information about that review, or about any of the other ones, head on over to our website, coffeecoffeecoffeeshow.com, where you can find our coffee table that outlines all the reviews we’ve done, and you can change the chart around to see the price per pounds and where these coffees are from and all this kind’ve stuff. World Market Pumpkin Spice Review
VIDEO TRANSCRIPT: Hey, welcome to Coffee Coffee Coffee, your place for average Joe coffee reviews. Do you know what trolls are made of? - Pumpkin spice? - And everything nice. So, what coffee are we reviewing today? - World Market Pumpkin Spice ground coffee, which is naturally and artificially flavored. It says, “Enjoy the flavors of fresh-baked pumpkin pie, “with hints of nutmeg, cloves, and cinnamon.” - I wonder if there’s some Cool Whip on there. - I don’t think so, and we didn’t buy any. - Whipped cream, actually, if you wanna get it right. - Well, yeah, it’s much better than Cool Whip. But a lot of people put Cool Whip on their pumpkin pie, but we won’t judge them. - That’s because they’re lazy. - Aw, that’s not nice! You can buy whipped cream. - It’s a tradition sometimes, actually. Cool Whip is a tradition sometimes. Plus, bonus, you get the container. - Yeah, new tuppeware. - That’s right. - So, a little bit about World Market, the full title is World Market Cost Plus, or Cost Plus World Market, and it started out, you know, it’s more, I think, well-known for their furniture store. You know, they have beautiful coffee tables which I saw when I was researching this. But this, so it’s called Cost Plus World Market, which seems like an odd name, but Cost Plus, it used to be called Cost Plus 10%. Their original, you know– - Business model. - Right, was whatever their cost was, plus 10% was gonna be their profit, but they’ve abandoned that. They made a lot more than that. - Yeah, you probably wouldn’t survive on that. - Yeah, you wouldn’t. - It’s best to triple your expenses. - So anyway, the company started in San Francisco back in 1958. William Amthor was his name, and he started importing furniture, people loved it. - Did he have a big mallet? - What? - Amthor. I am Thor! - Okay. - And we got this. - We got this from our friend Jessica. She said, “I hate this coffee, “and you can have it.” - Bonus! - So, we’re really excited to try it. We have not tried it yet. - Yeah, we haven’t had it at all. - Because normally we try to, we usually try to try it several times before we, you know– - Drink it, test it, review it on the show. - There you go. And you wanna smell it again? The smell is, well, potpourri? Is that– - No, not potpourri. It does smell like pumpkin, or like pie, but it’s really strong. It’s not like, mm, pumpkin pie. - Yeah, it is. - Pumpkin pie! - Yeah, it’s pungent, we’ll say that. - So, I say we try it. Maybe we’ll be super surprised. - Yeah, it was $8.99. - That’s what the sticker says. - Yeah, maybe she got a deal. She’s always getting deals. - Now, the brewed coffee does smell like potpourri. - Did I say natural and artificial? Yeah, I said natural and artificial. - The bag, the grounds, don’t smell the same. This smells like potpourri. - So, what do you think? - I think it doesn’t taste like it smells either way. - It doesn’t, no. It’s not as strong. I was expecting it to kind of knock us over, especially, you know, we’ve been testing some fall recipes for a future video, and one of the things we’ve kinda been trying out are different pumpkin flavored, like, ways to flavor it, and so that you can flavor any coffee as pumpkin flavored, and those have been pretty strong, but this is not strong at all. - Yeah, the flavor is not strong. The smell is strong. - So, how does that happen? ‘Cause usually, you know, smell follows taste, or vice versa. - Smell follows taste? - You know, like if something smells really pungent, then it tastes really pungent, or conversely, if something tastes really pungent, you can usually smell it. I kind of came up with that phrase off the cuff. - Ah! That’s off the cuff. - Right. - But yeah, so, this coffee I would never buy again. I didn’t buy it this time. - But I will say, for, well, ‘cause we don’t like flavored coffees, but this was less flavored tasting, I think it’s not offensive. I wouldn’t pay $9.00 for this. - Yeah, it’s not offensive. It is drinkable. - Yeah, someone serves it to us at their house. If Jessica had served us this at her house, we wouldn’t have thrown it in her face. - No, especially if there was some whiskey in it. But, one thing that you could do is if you didn’t have any potpourri but you did have this, just brew– - Sprinkle it. - Oh, I was gonna say brew it, ‘cause brewing it smells like potpourri, and the other one doesn’t. - Or just sprinkle some in a potpourri pot. - That’s true. - Is that a thing? - What’s that you got there? - Little satchel. Or what is it called? - Yeah, they put them in those bags– - What’s it called? Satchels? No, but it sounds like satchel. Sachet! - Scent sack. - No. - Scent sack. Scent sack. That’s what it’s called. But, you know, what people used to do, and maybe they still do if they live in a cabin or something, is they put the scent sacks inside of the return for the air conditioner, and then it pulls the air, and it sends that scent from the scent sack around the house. - I don’t think people do that. - I’ve seen it done, but that was years ago, like back when potpourri was a thing. - I think it’s still a thing. - It should stop. - Well, I think, probably that does it for this review. - So, if you’d like to find out about other reviews of normal coffees, or even other flavored coffees, we have those playlists available on YouTube, and you can check them out. Sorry, the coffee gave me a little bit of a hiccup. And head on over to our website, which is called coffeecoffeecoffeeshow.com, and check out our reviews there at The Coffee Table, see what things cost, and where we got them, and what kind of qualifications they have and all that, and follow us on our social media places. - Also, if you have tried this coffee, or any of World Market’s coffees, let us know, is it good? I mean, I think, based on this, it might be pretty good coffee overall. - Yeah, the non-flavored stuff we might actually go for it. - Might enjoy it, yeah. - All right, until next time. - Keep grindin’! - [Man] Hey, thanks for watching our reviews. Gourmet NY Coffee Colombian Supremo Review
VIDEO TRANSCRIPT: - Hey, welcome to Coffee Coffee Coffee, your place for average Joe coffee reviews. One thing I’m wondering, in Colombia, do they have coffee lords? (music) - I don’t know. Maybe we should ask some Colombians out there. If you guys are from Colombia, is there a coffee cartel? - I bet. - Well anyway, regardless, today we are talking about Gourmet New York Coffee’s Colombian Supremo coffee. - Supremo. - 13 ounce bag, whole bean. - It’s my mustache. - I don’t think that Colombians have mustaches like that. Mustaches, is that the right word? - Mustache-o. (laughing) - Yeah, so like we talked about before, they do a coffee subscription service, we didn’t get ours that way, we paid like eight dollars and 33 cents per bag, for a 13 ounce bag, at a fair. But they do sell them online, so you can certainly go to their website, gourmetnycoffee.com to order, or to sign up for their subscription service. - Yes, and it was a craft fair, not like, a fair where you ride on rides and things like that. - No, or not a coffee fair, which would be awesome. - Hmm. - Anyway. - Place with just coffee vendors, that would be good. - I would go. - So we’ve tried two of their other one hundred and however many coffees- - 30. 130. - they have available, and we thoroughly enjoyed both of those so far. - Right. - And now we’re on to the third. - We are. - And they’ve all been whole bean, so we’ve had to grind those, and the grinder we were using is a blade grinder, not a burr grinder, just because we haven’t bought a grinder yet, and that’s one we borrowed from a viewer. - His mom. - Yes, so what do you think, we’ve talked about the company before, should we go right into the Colombian Supremo? - Mm-hmm, let’s get right to it. - I like to drink down here. - Why? - I don’t know. I like the smell of it. - I didn’t smell the… - Trying to think of the smell, but I can’t come up with it. - The smell of the beans, sometimes is easier to… Still don’t know. I think this is supposed to be a- I think what they said to us was a bold roast, which we have seen that on a lot of different coffee bags, that will say oh, it’s bold, and it’s really not bold. But this coffee, I find to be bold. Do you find it to be bold? - It is bold. I like the other two that we’ve had better than this one, because typically I like a medium or not so bold roast, but it’s still very good. - It is, yeah, that’s exactly my thoughts, and we have not discussed this yet. Yeah, I don’t even wanna put it down, ‘cause I do wanna keep drinking it. But, when you made the first cup, I think I asked you how many tablespoons of beans did you use because it tasted stronger. Yeah, you only used one, and it tasted like, you know, if you ever make coffee stronger by using two tablespoons, that’s what it tasted like, it is rich and bold, I would say. - Like Donald Trump. - What? - Rich and bold. - Okay, I didn’t know where you were… Anyway, yeah I think that it’s really good though. I certainly, I think one thing that kind of threw me off with the first cup was that you didn’t put as much half and half as it required for me. - The cartel said that I shouldn’t. - No, that’s not true. - The half and half cartel. - Right, well anyway, regardless, I could have used more half and half in my first cup, but I added a bit more in this cup, and I’m thoroughly enjoying it. Although, I will say, the other two were, I think in order of favorite-ness for me, it would be Sumatra, and then Kenya, because it was nutty, so the chocolate, then the nutty, and then the bold, which is the Colombian Supremo. That would be my personal flavor profile. - Yeah, that’s probably what I think too. Well, ‘cause, chocolatey, right? That’s always good to have. - This one has like a little bit of earthiness I would say. - Yeah, more of a traditional coffee type thing, which makes sense because it’s Colombian. Right, Colombian coffee, like that guy, Juan Valdez. Which coffee is that? Juan Valdez coffee, I can’t think of which coffee that is. - Is that… - Colombian. - Maxwell House? - Mountain Peak? - Folgers? No. - It’s blue, isn’t it blue? - If it’s blue, it would have to be Maxwell. - Maybe it’s not Maxwell house, maybe it’s just another blue one called Colombian… - Something. I don’t know, Juan Valdez. I think that’s, I think it’s Maxwell House. I don’t think they use them anymore though. Do they? I don’t know. Who knows? Weird that they would use Juan Valdez to advertise Maxwell House, if that was a thing. - Maybe they stopped after Exxon Valdez, after that crash. Yeah, I think we should look it up. - Well, thank you all for joining us today. That’s all I have to say about the coffee, you have anything? - Yeah, I think we covered it. We would definitely buy it again. - Yes. And we said it’s a traditional coffee taste, maybe a little earthy, right? - Yeah, bold, rich, all those things. - So if you wanna find other reviews of ours, head on over to coffeecoffeecoffeeshow.com, and you can check out the Coffee Table and look at price per pound, and origin, and Rainforest Alliance certified coffees, and all that good stuff, and then you can find a link for our social media networks, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. Right? - Yep. - Until next time… - Keep grinding. - Hey welcome to Coffee Coffee Coffee. (sighs) Hey thanks for watching our reviews. Please be sure to subscribe and check out our other reviews here.

Gourmet NY Coffee Kenya AA Review
VIDEO TRANSCRIPT: Hey, welcome to Coffee, Coffee, Coffee, your place for average Joe coffee reviews. Kenya smell what the coffee’s brewing. (relaxing hip hop music) So, today’s coffee is - Kenyan - Kenyan - Well, Kenyan AA, I don’t know really what that means. - It’s a battery. - But, it’s again from GourmetNYCoffee, Gourmet New York Coffee., which we got at a festival. It’s a small-ish smallish coffee company. - Yeah, I guess so. - They use a micro roaster. They are not the roaster, but they use a micro roaster. I assume, relatively small, but you can order it online, and you can get it shipped anywhere in the world. - Yeah, they’re based out of Boca Raton, that means mouth of the rat, right. - I think you’re right actually. Isn’t it. - But it is also a very prestigious… place in South Florida. - It is, yeah. - So, rat mouth is a, but the coffee that we reviewed the other day for the same company was the Sumatra blend, and we really loved it. - We did, yeah. - So, we’ve got another one. - Yeah, the question is will we love this one. - Yeah, so we’ll talk briefly about the company, they are based Boca Raton, Family’s from New York, that’s why it’s called GourmetNYCoffee, they’ve got a website, where you can order the coffee, and they have a coffee club, and they’ve got like a 135, a 150 different coffees that they do, so it’s not like you’re limited to five blends or something like that. So, they do flavored coffees, and natural coffees, and probably single origin coffees. - And they’ve got decaf and regular. - Right, who drinks decaf. - No-one. There’s a time and a place for decaf. - In hell? - No, never and in the trash. - Oh, that’s a good one. Is that a Ron Swanson. - I don’t know, I saw it on the internet. - Well, anyway, so we’ve got this Kenya AA battery. It’s not a battery, I’m just kidding, Kenya AA, and I don’t know what the AA stands for. - I don’t know. - And their website didn’t have that information either. - It’s just mysterious, to make you ask questions. - Yes. - But we will go ahead. - Yeah, should we talk about the price? We got it for like, eight dollars and 33 cents a bag, because we bought three at the fair, but also this coffee has a smell, like when you were grinding it, you said there was a smell, and I smelled of it, and I thought, I can’t really tell what it is, but you could on the head, because I smelled it just a second ago, and I was like that is exactly what it is, peanuts. - Yeah, interesting. - Yeah like roasty. - Yeah, like sweet roastiness, but yeah, so let’s taste it in front of your faces, and see what we sayces. - It’s another really good cup of coffee. - Yes . - It is very nutty. Very nutty. Like you. - Not like that. It’s good. - It is, it is really nice. It’s easy to drink, and it’s got that nuttiness. Over all, it’s a slam dunk. - Yeah, I think I still have some peanut M&M in my mouth. - It would probably pair really well. - Yeah, I should get some. - Yeah, you should. - But, very pleased with the coffee, again, like we said, the artisan coffees are winning out over the big names, I think. - Yeah - Even though, we said that Caribou medium roast is our favorite coffee, that’s based on price, availability, and overall, enjoyment. - Right for an average Joe, we would recommend Caribou - Because you can get it at a… fair price is what you would say - Right, fair price, widely available, you can pick it up at the grocery store, that’s what we’re going to use as our metric. - But this is good. - Coast redwoods. Never been there. - Nope, well I think it that does it for this episode of Coffee Coffee Coffee. - So, if you are out there, and you have a coffee that you enjoy, and we have not yet reviewed it. - Let us know. - Yeah, tell us what it is, where we can get it, and we will put it on our list. We’ve got a lot of coffees on our list that viewers have sent in, that we are slowly… - But surely, - Getting to… and we will, but for our past reviews, head on over to coffeecoffeecoffeeshow.com, and check out our reviews, and our coffee table, where you can move the table all around everywhere, and see things in the order that you’d like to see it, sort them, that’s the term, sorting. And then from there, you can also check out our Facebook, Instagram, and Youtube places. - Yup, there you go. - Right. Until next time. - Keep grading. What did I ever do to be in this review? - Hey, thanks for watching our reviews, please be sure to subscribe, and check out our other reviews here. (relaxing hip hop music)

Gourmet NY Coffee Sumatra Blend Review
VIDEO TRANSCRIPT: hey welcome to coffee coffee coffee today’s coffee is from a place that I don’t know where Sumatra Sumatra yeah it’s the what is that well it’s from the from Gourmet New York Coffee which is a little coffee company that we found at the Mount Dora craft fair which is just a local fair and it’s a big deal around here but they are from Boca Raton but they were up here for the festival they travel around Florida to a lot of festivals and they sell their stuff online so pick it up you can and a cool thing about these people is they do have a coffee subscription service which we think is an awesome idea you pay $19.99 a month and they send you two bags of coffee free shipping and you can try all their coffees they have like 130 different coffees a lot of flavored stuff which we prefer the regular and this is a regular blend of coffee Sumatra and Tiffany, right was her name? she was very nice and helpful and we met her and talked to her about coffee yeah and the bag is 13 ounces yeah so you get two 13 ounce bags yeah each month for $19.99 yeah so it’s a good deal and let’s see what else oh and so this coffee normally is nine dollars a bag we were at the fair I think we got it for we got three bags for twenty five so it’s a little more than $8 a bag eight thirty-three point three three three three three that’s enough it keeps going I have seen it in a calculator okay okay point three three three three we did get the whole bean some of you viewers out there have been kinda mean, quite frankly about the fact that we don’t like to grind our own coffee but we are average Joes and the way we think about it is most people probably wake up in the morning they want to scoop their coffee into the thing down and be done with it with that’s kind of like what we prefer but we are continually reviewing ground coffee and whole bean coffees it really just depends on what we have and like this morning I really wanted some coffee but I woke up at 3:30 and you know what I couldn’t grind my coffee because was going to wake up everybody in the household So I just decided to wait several hours until everyone else got up and I’m really thankful for that because I didn’t want to wake up at 3:30 and she just woke up at 3:30 because probably had too much coffee last night yeah and they do sell this in ground and she even offered I think to grind it for us there and we were like no we’ll grind it because we just got some comments about how oh you need to grind you should grind so we grind we ground that is our motto we’re grinding right now keep grinding going keep grinding so that’s really more of a piece of advice like keep trying in life yes and we want you to keep grinding and then sending us the ground coffee one thing I’ll point out is that the bag is in Mets colors not Florida Gator colors just for people who are watching in case you have an aversion alright but I really enjoy this coffee does have a chocolate taste is supposed to have a chocolate taste and I heard if you normally just buy stuff at the supermarket there and see a coffee company try some of your coffee hey kiddo that was I think I think is important you need to try the local things occasionally I mean I know sometimes I mean but this is actually really reasonably priced but sometimes it can be really pricey but the coffee is normally really really good and yeah so far best coffees that we’ve reviewed have been from small Roasters companies yeah even though caribou medium as does our current favorite they’re not like I mean they’re I think they’re pretty good size to company but they’re not a Columbia or whatever and we’ve got two other pack so not so much for the two other oh yeah yeah we’ll try yeah they have a lot of different like they’ve got exotic plans and just the regular blades and then a lot of different flavored coffees so check to them yeah and actually at the fair we don’t have a bag of in there at the fair we have a chocolate pecan flavor to coffee that kayla was trying and she said this is really good and then she finished the sample without letting me try me so she said it was really good though and it was a flavored coffee and they do the same with extracts and things like that so if you want to check out more information about our other copy reviews head over to koffie koffie koffie show calm or you can find our coffee table and has all the reviews next to each other and you can I won’t say you can manipulate the table because it’s Kayla gave me a funny face last time listen you can adjust the chart and in the rows or the columns so that you can see things that you want to see in a particular order right so also while you’re on the website you can click on the social media links to follow us on Facebook Instagram in alright until next time keep grindin mati hey thanks for watching our reviews please be sure to subscribe and check out our other reviews here

Krispy Kreme Smooth Coffee Review
VIDEO TRANSCRIPT: hey welcome to coffee coffee coffee you a place for average Joe coffee reviews I’d like a doughnut Oh too bad well everybody so what are we reviewing today Krispy Kreme donut coffee smooth there’s no it’s not dark it’s not medium it’s just smooth ground coffee right it’s supposed to be a soft balanced blend that’s easy to love like their donuts yeah they take a soft balanced blend of flours and sugars and magic nutmeg whatever nutmeg? nutmeg just a hint put it in there and eat it and it’s just delicious it also says they’ve get a lot of marketing stuff on here lightly roasted and easy to drink with a soft rounded body and naturally sweet finish so this says lightly roasted I wonder if they’re saying it’s a light roast although I don’t really think of it as being light no not a light roast so yeah we talked about Krispy Kreme in the previous video so you can go watch it if you wanna know about the history of the company and all that right but I know this one says to make use one to two tablespoons she made this batch so I’m not sure which amount she did she doesn’t tend to remember like a heaping tablespoon that’s typically what I go for when it says one to two I do a heaping one per yeah 6 fluid ounce cup that way that’s yeah just easier to measure yeah I guess I don’t if that’s true I don’t want to use more coffee than necessary cuz you know and of coffee costs money just enough that’s right what do you think ready to go we should talk about price before we delve into the cup it was about $7 a bag oh did I buy these yeah I bought them I was totally playing it off the cuff there yeah I believe $6.98 $6.98 a bag it was like on sale but you know there’ll be links for you to buy on Amazon or something like that and you can find out how much it is now currently because prices change that’s true alright so I like your mug this mug has a story it was your mom’s mug and she gave it to me it was one of those mugs that I said that I always wanted whenever she passes passes one day and then she gave it to me the other day when she was telling us that she’s gonna die at eighty eight years old yeah she promised she wasn’t gonna die soon yeah she’s only 71 I almost didn’t want to take the cup, but I love the mug so much that I did take it I guess we’ll know why so this cup of coffee I have mixed feelings well it has mixed ingredients yeah and actually this this cup is tasting a little bit better to me than the other ones have but like in the mornings and I read that your palate is sharper in the morning like you will taste differences more in the morning but the first time we drank this there was like this flavor and I couldn’t put my like I couldn’t put my finger on it as odd as it sounds it reminded me of like you know when you eat a piece of pizza and there’s that oil on the top and it’s got this flavor is kind of burnt and kind of a acrid but kind of nice I could go for pizza right now too right well anyway that’s just like what it reminded me of and then in every cup I’ve been trying to pinpoint is it ashy because there’s a thing like a taste profile that can be not that kind of ashy anyway so I don’t know what do you think about the coffee I’ve been able to drink the whole cup each time this one actually is tasting really good to me right now but I don’t know like overall it’s probably it hasn’t been my favorite yeah but just because of that like it’s maybe slightly burnt or adrid I think maybe if it were on sale and the only thing available and we needed a bag I’d get it but otherwise I don’t think I’d buy it if you compare with other prices you also cleaned the coffee maker yes I did that was probably helpful I’m amazing I don’t know if I did a good job or not well I looked at it I think you did a good job inspect what you expect that’s right but yeah so overall it’s it’s a good decent cup of coffee I think I like it better than the other blend I think it would be fantastic with an original glazed we should have gotten some donut why didn’t we do that we were just at Sam’s they weren’t fresh that’s not the same thing the eight seconds in the microwave doesn’t bring it back but it helps yeah yeah but if you would like a donut also or you would like to send me a donut actually don’t send me a donut it won’t be good ants will get into it and everything but uh so the coffee is a here and there I think we’ll put it on the yes we will buy it again we wouldn’t feel bad about using our money on it but but it wouldn’t be a go to yeah like a what was our star rating from last time I can’t remember if we did 3 stars or four stars like what’s our max yeah one two five one two five three yeah I think so yeah I don’t think anybody answered the poll yet on that video I can’t remember which video that was I can’t remember how many stars we said yeah we should have a better system no we said three on that one I remember for sure no but I meant how many stars like three out of four three out of five five three out of ten no not ten but yeah so if you’ve tried the coffee you like it you hate it leave a comment below and let us know be sure to share this video with friends Krispy Kreme Rich Roast Home Brew Coffee Review
VIDEO TRANSCRIPT: hey welcome to coffee coffee coffee your place for average Joe coffee reviews and today we are reviewing another coffee ba ding ding what is that coffee what was the ba ding ding anyway Krispy Kreme rich ground coffee okay so it doesn’t really say it’s a dark roast it’s just supposed to be rich is it made from donuts it is not but they do promise that it’s tasty and hot and wonderful just like their doughnut mm-hmm which is that’s a pretty high standard I think because oh yeah we love Krispy Kreme Doughnuts that is it’s supposed to be flavorful and aromatic with a well-balanced medium body and a lush satisfying finish lush lush like an alcoholic no like lush like a jungle I don’t like the jungle I don’t know but that’s what their marketing department piu on the bag so a little bit about Krispy Kreme we all know their doughnuts we’re familiar with that it was started by Vernon Rudolph in winston-salem back in 1937 Rudolph Oh red nose had no idea what you were doing there and also fun fact Krispy Kreme is now owned by jab holdings which if you’re familiar with our other videos about Caribou Coffee and Pete’s coffee they’re all owned by the same company it’s like it’s like a thing it is a thing yeah it’s interesting and I think yeah so yeah monopoly it is like a monopoly yeah so yeah so Oh fun fact about Vernon Rudolph he started out by selling directly to grocery stores and convenience stores right and then he started selling directly to consumers between the hours of midnight and 4:00 a.m. when he was actually making the donuts like they were hot and fresh and people wanted them and so he started selling them that’s where the hot and fresh thing came from interesting yes but the question is is there coffee any good we all know their donuts are amazing but they’re never open at 4 am right I maybe some of them are open 24 hours I think they’re all open 24 hours they’re not around here there’s not anybody out there please come to Tavares Florida oops I went the wrong direction with my hair yeah if you’re the Krispy Kreme person you need to come this way so this coffee do you want me to go first it has a little cardboard taste okay I didn’t get cardboard but I felt like it was a little bit bitter and also there’s like a smoky flavor that I keep picking up on almost burnt like almost so but I will say also as is the case I think with a lot of the coffee’s we’ve tried that I’ve felt are a little bit bitter the bitterness starts to go away further down the cup cause I guess your mouth kind of adjusts to it yeah so I read something that said if you have a coffee that’s got a little bit of bitterness put a dash of salt in there and that’s supposed to counteract the bitterness mm-hmm I haven’t tried it yet maybe I will I’ve done that before and did it work I don’t know cuz I wasn’t really familiar with the coffee at the time I think it was like a chock full of nuts chock full of nuts I put a stick of butter in my coffee once no you didn’t I’m not Kim Kardashian what does that even mean I get really that used to be the thing bulletproof coffee that’s a thing what you put butter in your coffee and you mix it all up and it’s supposed to help the caffeine to regulate like so instead of just getting this really really high high you just have like a gradual lift and it goes more smoothly so you don’t have that crash you know what I’m still waiting for getting back to the time when coffee give me a caffeine rush yeah you’re gonna have to start drinking more coffee I know but now it’s just like I just have to have those coffee cups that I am normally having yes yeah but you know I don’t want the jitters either no can’t go to see people when you’re jittery you can’t unless well there could be other reasons yeah you could but overall would we buy it again it costs at walmart.com right now it’s $7.42 per that are better yeah I would say I would be in the indifferent realm yeah like if it was on a good sale I would buy it and if I was over at somebody else’s house I would like enjoy it enough but I wouldn’t just go out and yeah I just buy this coffee yeah kind of taste on a scale of 1 to rating scale like that if you’d like to see a rating scale like that I like two heads equals I don’t know whatever our faces yeah let us know and we’ll see about doing that we’ll put a poll in the video here whether or not you’d like to see some sort of thing right and to get full interaction with these videos you’ll need to watch them on YouTube so that you can see follow up episodes and the such as right ok all right miss South Carolina anything else to add about this coffee no if you’ve tried this coffee you let us know in the comments below what you thought of it that’s right until next time keep grindin mm-hmm cuz sometimes we say funny things sometimes just not today hey thanks for watching our reviews please be sure to subscribe and check out our other reviews here
