Lavazza Gran Selzione Coffee Review
VIDEO TRANSCRIPT: hey welcome to coffee coffee coffee your place for average Joe coffee reviews if you’ve been watching us for a while you might notice that we have new chairs brought to you in part by one of our sponsors us us incorporated provided these chairs for us so they’re comfortable so far we just got them today put them together so we’ll let you know how they how coffee tastes while sitting in them all right yeah okay so Kayla what coffee are we reviewing today this is Lavazza gran selezione which means in italian great selection yes great selection it is a dark roast it’s supposed to be intense and chocolatey now we should mention before we did this review this was the reigning champion coffee like we this was the one on our website where we said this is our favorite coffee and it was our favorite coffee before we started doing these reviews did it remain our favorite coffee right is the question so before we started paying attention well we were paying attention but we were right we were tasting coffee just drinking it yeah right and then just in our general tasting of regular drinking we said that’s really great coffee that’s our favorite coffee then we started reviewing coffees and we haven’t done a review on this coffee yeah we haven’t even had it since yeah like so it’s been months and months since we’ve had it and so you know so that could be a thing too but another thing was we we had done some other Lavazza and it wasn’t in the store at the time and I thought that maybe they changed but we found some so I guess they’re still making it mm-hmm anyway the point is well first of all how much did we buy it for it’s a more expensive coffee it was on sale for $5.99 yeah but generally it’s usually a bit more expensive than that it was usually like $8.99 for a bag that’s what it was on sale from yeah so alright so the question is do we still like it I shall we go yes see we both have blue mugs today matchy matcheson center state banks center state bank there you go we do not have an account at center state bank yet for what it’s worth yeah for you know so I think that this coffee I’m just kidding I’ve never banked there I will say that when we had the coffee before mm-hmm and I read on the bag that it was chocolatey mm-hmm I tasted chocolate right mm-hmm I don’t taste chocolate now mm-hmm and overall it is not my favorite coffee anymore it’s um it has a beanie taste which I have definitely come to find I do not like in coffee so now I think I can pick up on the beaniness of a coffee a lot easier because I’m paying attention to it so that’s one thing that makes me like not enjoy it as much they are all made from coffee beans but the beanie taste that she’s referring to you kind of like like well like beans you know how beans taste yeah it’s kind of like you smell it and that is something too like I feel like this has mellowed a bit since we’ve been drinking it like the first day when we drank it the beanie taste was like really strong to me but now it doesn’t seem that way anymore speaking of beans in Italian words the Italian word for bean is fagiolo there you go and fagioli for the plural multiple beans yeah speaking of Italian that is I mean this is an Italian coffee it’s known by their tagline as Italy’s favorite coffee we asked some Italians in Italy in Italy and they said it’s popular over there yeah they know what I would say like it’s kind of like Folgers saying you know it’s America’s favorite cup of coffee well maybe not necessarily right right it’s marketing yeah to clarify we weren’t in Italy when we asked the people how I wish we were I was talking to them online about it but yeah me too but anyway so overall yeah it is Rainforest Alliance certified mm-hmm it’s a 12 ounce bag so that’s good too but and it’s you know it’s an Italian coffee it’s not like grown in Italy but it’s it’s they’ve been around since 1895 the Lavazza family started brewing then so yeah still just kind of sad that it’s not my favorite coffee anymore yes I love Italy and I really liked that I liked an Italian coffee was our favorite coffee but now not so much we still do you have to review perfetto which is it was my my favorite my personal favorite I thought we did that one already no we did classico and gran aroma so we’ve got one more hmm are you sure did you check the chart I forgot to check I’m pretty sure I was at the store the other day and I looked at the chart on our website coffee coffee coffee show.com mm-hmm and it showed that we have reviewed perfetto hmm and that’s why I didn’t get any oh so I’m betting you ten dollars but so you’ll find out in the comments below if I was right or she was right or you could actually look at the chart yourself at coffee most comprehensive right yeah but yeah so overall overall I don’t think yeah I would buy it again mean yeah I wouldn’t buy this particular bag again I mean maybe maybe perfetto I would still buy that not even at $5.99 $5.99 I mean it’s it’s a maybe it would depending on what else is in the stor right then I mean I wouldn’t like not drink it but it’s not my favorite that’s interesting how when you can think something is your favorite like you had all these different kinds of coffees and you say this one is our favorite right and then you actually ya start to taste and compare and all that kind of stuff and then yeah it’s kind of like you know when you’re a kid you think steak is good and then your like ooh I love steak yeah but then that maintains the truth throughout the rest of your life but then like you go to a fancy restaurant when you grow up and you have like a filet mignon for the first time yes and then the cheap steaks don’t seem as good anymore still steak still good but it’s Rio Grande Roasters Pinon Whole Bean Coffee Review
VIDEO TRANSCRIPT: hey welcome to coffee coffee coffee your place for average Joe coffee reviews today’s coffee is not just any other coffee but it is a whole bean coffee yes it is it’s Rio Grande Rio Grande sorry Rio Grande Roasters whole bean pinon and actually I think I said that with a French accent yeah either way it’s where the Southwest people are from France I’ll tell you something about this whole bean coffee mm-hmm whole bean makes it really difficult to drink okay no so okay quickly we’ll tell you a little bit about yeah there’s a story behind it right yeah I’ll recap it we got it from Walmart.com and the reason why it’s whole bean is because Walmart.com messed up and sent us whole beans so then I got on the little chat and I talked to the person and I said they sent us the wrong thing and they said oh please being we will do the sending of the coffees to your places of housings and so they sent the next coffee and it came whole bean again so then the next person I chatted with at Walmart.com was very kind and they refunded our money and they said please being the ordering of on Walmart in the futures and I said okay you know no worries but anyway long story short we had to borrow a grinder yep from one of our listeners they were kind enough to fly in and give us the grinder to use for a couple of days that is not true at all your mom let us borrow hers it’s true so we did that and we ground up this coffee but we now have two bags of this coffee and one of them we are going to give away to a lucky watcher yeah viewer yeah yes so just comment below you in and then we’ll do a drawing and then we’ll ship you the coffee right okay are you ready to so the a second funny part of the story is we had all this trouble getting in here we finally got the grinder and we finally like got it all prepared and we realize pinon is Spanish for pine nut it’s a flavored of coffee so we were pretty disappointed yeah they liked the two flavored coffees we have reviewed so far see again the reviewed word you’re watching in the past episodes we didn’t like the hazelnut eight o’clock and the French vanilla Dollar Tree was okay but especially for the price it was great yeah but yeah so yeah it’s a hundred percent Arabica coffee but then you have the artificial flavors and natural flavors mm-hmm but yeah would you like… the company mmm yeah Rio Grande Roasters started out as Victor Allen coffee and then they have rebranded themselves to trilliant and then they have a whole bunch of different lines of coffee nothing we had ever heard of so no yeah but and it was started out as a micro roaster back in this 70s so one thing we’re wondering is if they don’t just roast the same beans and then brand them in different places but anyway then we’ll get into the tasting review a light to medium roast but then it’s also supposed to taste like pine nut so there you go yeah I’ve never eaten pine nuts I have they’re good when I sniff the coffee I smell a play-doh or cheap play-doh actually it’s not real play-doh it’s what was the stuff that they used to get in my school off-brand play-doh whatever that was called yes he’s like uh I don’t know what they called it yeah they probably just spelled play-doh weird rose art play-doh anyway I will say about this coffee I’m just not a flavored coffee fan so just overall I’m underwhelmed overall I’m underwhelmed that’s a nice turn of phrase but yeah I don’t like if you want flavored coffee if you want it something to taste like vanilla just put a few drops of vanilla extract into your coffee just directly into your coffee just a couple of drops you’ve got flavored coffee without all the artificial-ness it’s a good idea mm-hmm that’s what I do when I’m craving it but I rarely am yeah no we haven’t been down that road as far as craving the flavored coffee yeah once you go to like coffee coffee and you really like it I don’t think you some people do what we will have to do is as we get close to the holidays well pumpkin and peppermint we’re gonna have to peppermint could be good we’re gonna have to try them mm-hmm yeah but all for you guys but overall we we wouldn’t buy it again yeah not for mm-hmm any reason yeah yeah just what yeah especially because price was $6.98 a bag that’s right yeah yeah that’s too much for this coffee I agree you can get Dollar Tree coffee for a lot Copper Moon Kona Coffee Review

average Joe copy reviews or average Josephine what is the female version of Joe Jane Joe and Jane yeah I think Joe doe I don’t think so let’s get to the coffee people don’t care about our fake names so what coffee are we reviewing today it is Copper Moon Kona premium blend medium roast ground coffee premium where have we seen that word before Publix Publix now they’re premium was not good we gotta stop hating on Publix yeah I love Publix but it was coffee was awful and it was so expensive but it was kind of a travesty okay it has a cool logo check out the logo I never really I don’t think seen this in the store we got it from Walmart .com right and we spent I can’t remember she’s kind of good it’ll be on the website I think it was about I’m sure it was less than seven dollars I probably wouldn’t have bough it yeah 698 a pound yeah I mean a bag right not a pound um but yeah so anything interesting about the company or well what about its name do you know what it refers to which one copper mean copper moon that’s the name of the company I’m going to assume it refers to Vincent van Gogh no why because it looks like starry night no well I mean it’s nice and it does have the swirlies but and actually refers to the lunar eclipse and because you know when there’s a lunar eclipse mm-hmm the moon gets really like a coppery looking color interesting when the earth is in front of the Sun and the in-between that and the moon different from what we just saw yeah the moon is it yeah yeah yeah so that’s what it’s named for because it’s unique and and and awesome so therefore the coffee is unique and awesome fantastic so anything else about the company yeah let’s see it’s Arabica beans so and it’s Kona yeah Kona that was another part of this right so Kona refers to the region in Hawaii where this coffee is grown it’s I can’t think of how Hawaiin music goes yeah we’ve never been to Hawaii only vicariously through Dog the Bounty Hunter have we been to Hawaii I don’t like part of Hawaii oh yeah there’s some there’s some bad people in Hawaii okay so it’s gluten free it what it says it on the bag I think probably most coffee does it really say that I think most coffees are just gluten free no GMOs though No GMSs giddyap giddyap little GMO No it’s GTO And it’s not giddyap giddyap is it giddyap giddyap my little 409 break me off a piece of that Kona coffee let’s try it see what we think about it yeah today’s episode is brought to you by the coast redwoods we lived in California for a while and we never went to the redwoods which was sad and now I don’t want to go back over there yeah my parents had to buy us those coffee cups when they went to see the redwoods that’s true there’s no sweet tea over there mm-hmm but there it is in an out burger which makes it all better animal style fries mmm those we’re good it’s like thousand island dressing okay people wanna learn about other things too all right so this coffee what are your thoughts this was you know hard one for me to really wrap my head around because okay one thing we’re coming off of the awesome Caribou coffee it was good so when you compare it okay but well we should just not compare it to the caribou but just let it stand on its own like a pair of pants that have not been washed in weeks okay I think it’s a little bit bitter yes just I mean it is not overpoweringly so it’s a little bit bitter earthy earthy yeah yeah it’s a little bit earthy but then the further I get in the cup like always always like the first several sips are like that’s kind of bitter but then I think my palate like adjusts to it and then I I pretty much enjoy the rest of the coffee like in the cup moves to nutty maybe yeah it does right yeah from from wood to nut that’s right which is better yeah so it’s more because close to nutty is chocolaty which was interesting I never thought about that until all we started drinking coffee and trying to taste it mm-hmm yeah yeah there is there is a nuttiness there and I like a roasty kind of flavor so I think overall I like it yeah what does it say on the bag a mellow balanced aromatic aromatic blend with a smooth clean finish it does have a good finish like a good cigar I think yeah if I understand what finishes I think I do like it’s finished cuz it does it starts off bitter but then finishes nice so yeah so overall I think that I would buy it again if the price were right yeah if the price were right it would not be my first go to coffee but it also is a nice coffee mm-hmm yeah yeah copper moon copper moon who would have thought Caribou Coffee Medium Roast Review
VIDEO TRANSCRIPT: hey welcome to coffee coffee coffee your place for average Joe coffee reviews today is yet another review may be our mhm right and what pray tell is le coffee it is Caribou Coffee and it’s their medium roast it’s supposed to be smooth and classic and we bought it before it was like $7.98 a bag for 12 ounce bag and that’s about $10.68 per pound it was from Walmart.com shipped for free in two days so I didn’t have to go to a Walmart yep so there you go so the bag looks kind of girly it’s just thinking how pretty it was like it’s got a lot of yeah it’s like pretty it’s got a lot of good information on it like it talks I mean it’s kind of like funny and you know it’s all marketing stuff basically but it says do they use the top 1% of the world’s beans so I mean how would we ever know yeah and it’s Rainforest Alliance Certified 100% you know yeah sometimes it’s a 50/50 but not this um what else oh they also guarantee your coffee like if you don’t like it well wait it says if it’s not except exceptionally fresh they’ll gladly replace it ya know right the problem is how do you no no nope sorry it says freshness and enjoyment guaranteed 100% so if you’re not happy you can just return it Wow pretty good they stand behind their stuff and fun fact there recently well their parent company is JAB and so that’s the company that also owns Peets oh conglomeration yep yep so anyway thought that was interesting all these companies buying each other okay but there is an interesting story because the founders you know why they call it Caribou Coffee because meesen Oh what no this the founders went to Alaska and Denali National Forest and they were so inspired that they decided they wanted to open up a coffee shop and not in Alaska the first one was in Edina Minnesota so some Minnesotan interesting they’re so nice up there I’ve heard about Edina right Edina Realty I don’t know I had that sticking in my head yeah never heard of it before they also have a instructions for cold brew you take the coffee this says a half a pound of coffee to one gallon of water and then you just let it steep overnight like 12 to 14 hours and then strain it and then you enjoy it over ice do you you don’t brew it you don’t brew it no you just put it in the water and let it steep huh that’s it yeah I didn’t even know that was possible so it’s it’s actually truly cold brew right it’s not that iced coffee you brew it and make it cold right well very good so shall we try the coffee yes yes I think so let’s see is it delicioso mm-hmm I want to applaud all of you watching I don’t I don’t necessarily want to watch people drink something or eat mm-hmm but you do it every week twice a week yeah I’d like to think that we try to add value to people’s lives by like helping them not to drink bad coffee or at least give our opinions on the coffee oh yes I agree there’s value in the show okay but they also have to watch us drink it they do and they don’t get any and they don’t get it whether we know if we’d like it then that’s a problem sorry I disappeared off the camera the the question is do we like it do we I have an opinion but I wonder what your opinion is cuz I I might’ve actually said my opinion earlier I don’t know I don’t remember it because I don’t listen to you I’m just kidding so what do you think it’s good I like it mm-hmm tastes like coffee I can’t think that flavor but it does say what smooth and classic they think of coffee yeah just coffee I really I love it I it’s not the most expensive coffee is that the cheapest either but it’s right it’s like really nice I really like it I think it’s a it might be a go to of mine in the future yeah I mean it’s what you just said it’s not the most expensive or the cheapest yeah yeah yeah it’s like a kind of a you know I mean but I was looking and we were right the public’s brand was like $11 a pound like before and then this is like same price really good yeah Publix was terrible yeah especially because you can get this at Walmart.com and have it shipped to you free well your order has to be $35 yeah or more but yeah good stuff mm-hmm yeah really good so mm-hmm any flavor in it I don’t think yeah coffee right that’s probably goes against all law about coffee tasting yeah you know the people with the spoons like yeah there’s like a nutty okay that’s enough they’re probably mad at us watching this right now they probably are sending comments into Youtube yeah oh well but it’s good for normal people it is yeah like this is just it’s like a completely like I think anybody could drink that cup of coffee and be like ah that was a good cup of coffee mmhmm yeah I would think so yeah well if you want to find out more I’ve almost drunk the entire cup I know gulping it down Daily Basics Aldi Coffee Review
VIDEO TRANSCRIPT: hey welcome to coffee coffee coffee your place for average Joe coffee reviews today we are reviewing a specialty coffee that’s from a little place not many people know about called Aldi right I think it’s Swedish yes Aldi but anyway let’s take a look at the special Aldi coffee what does it say ground coffee yep it’s a 100% pure coffee no artificial flavors like many French Vanilla Hazelnut that’s an upgrade yep medium roast mm-hmm yeah that’s pretty much all you’re gonna find out about the daily basis basics well that’s right though that’s a brand but that’s also right it’s coffee is a daily basic right that is true and for $2.60 a pound yes that’s pretty good we didn’t buy this we should say yeah someone gave it to us a viewer a viewer Carolyn Cox his mom yeah she gave it to us to try yeah to try we have to give it back to see if it’s good or not I’m gonna set this down on the ground so the desk doesn’t break yeah okay so it’s Aldi coffee right right we’ve never tasted it before this is gonna be a different thing because it’s we just got the coffee and we wanted to let’s see the review of oh wait we have pretty lot of expectations although we were surprised with Dollar Tree coffee no but that could be the same situation this could be leftover coffee from a different like supplier yeah and they just kind of throw it in I was talking to my dad about it he was in the citrus industry for a long time and he said what happens sometimes is they’d have like good quality orange juice would be run and then it’d have like 2000 gallons left over right which wasn’t enough to put into their thing so then this off-brand orange juice would get bottled with the good stuff huh you would think well I’m buying daily squeeze or whatever the off-brand orange juice would be called great name for orange juice right okay and you’d be like yeah this is really good and that’s because it was like Florida’s premium fresh-squeezed orange juice right so that could be what happens with Dollar Tree and Aldi coffee right right they get like the leftovers yes sometimes it’s good sometimes it’s bad maybe we’ll see I say we go for the the gusto the deep end oh I think it does not yeah it smells like cheap coffee it smelled badly when it was brewing and I just caught a whiff of it and I’m not looking forward to this this is bringing back memories of now you know there’s something for me I do know two people who live in North Georgia that would like it my parents yeah it does it does taste like I can’t I can’t do another sip it is a very card cardboard cardboard bean yeah it’s dry too like yeah like when I took the drink that’s just kind of like the drink was gone and so was all the moisture in my mouth mm-hmm I don’t know what happened there but maybe that’s right before you vomit yeah yeah so as appreciative as we are for the coffee to try yeah thanks it’s not a winner it reminds me a lot of the publix coffee that we tried and that was cublix cublix publix premium so I mean if you’re gonna buy this kind of coffee yeah you’re better off to spend $4.98 on it oh yeah what was the public’s like twelve or thirteen dollars a pound $12 a pound mmm was it I can’t remember think maybe I think regularly it’s like eight something a bag yeah so this is at least cheaper but I will not be drinking it and fortunately we just got some other coffee in the mail and so if we’re gonna go drink it and then you’ll see the review about it on Saturday mm-hmm I can’t remember which one it is we ordered three Walmart’s sent the wrong kind of one and ones not here yet so yeah new reviews every Wednesday and Saturday that’s right in case you hadn’t noticed and you can find those reviews on Facebook and YouTube and links to them on Instagram and also on our website at coffeecoffeecoffeeshow.com where there’s a coffee table also that you can look at all the reviews we’ve done and have them outlined like next to each other with the price per pound and where we got it what kind of coffee was all that good stuff right good keep grinding

French Vanilla by Greenbriar International Dollar Tree Coffee Review
VIDEO TRANSCRIPT: welcome to coffee coffee coffee your place for average Joe coffee reviews today we’re doing something a little different or are we because it’s still a coffee review it is a coffee review but I would say this is a different kind of thing yeah because it’s basically a non branded coffee that’s true it just says coffee yeah so and all we can find out about it is its distributed by Greenbrier International but we got it at Dollar Tree so it’s a dollar for six and for six ounces I mean so it’s not a twelve ounce bag so I mean but still you compare the 12 ounce bags that we normally get let’s say on average eight dollars right right yeah I mean some are less right and this would be $2.00 right yeah $2.00 so you know pretty pretty pretty cheap mm-hmm but is it any good what does that equal sorry well I wanted to say it’s ground coffee so they don’t tell you what kind of beans or anything but what are you expecting for two dollars or a dollar and artificial and natural flavors which is the same and it’s a flavored coffee it says french vanilla yeah so but that’s the same that we found out about the hazelnut eight o’clock they used artificial flavors right so yeah that’s not necessarily saying that oh well okay they’re gonna use chemicals right yeah that’s what they do in eight o’clock’s coffee also that’s true and it’s uh yeah that’s good let’s try it want to try it Dollar Tree coffee we we’ve tried it before right and our expectations were exceedingly low so you can see there’s actually coffee in here so I’m not faking it right neither is Kayla this is the way my coffee looks yeah Kayla’s is like a milkshake no sugar though there’s no sugar in a milkshake either yes there is I’m joking I’m joking one note I will make is that we are recording differently there’s a webcam now and I may have looked down here at the screen a couple of times so I’m sorry but as we drink this coffee I gotta say it flavored coffees aren’t my thing right but it’s pretty good I thought that I was gonna throw up no no before I drank it right I said I was telling you like I opened the bag and I said it smells good in the like that and then when it was brewing it did not smell good it was like I still have not smelled it was like oh gosh I don’t know I thought I’m not gonna be able to drink any of this and then we drank it mm-hmm I know it’s surprisingly good like I think it’s better than hazelnut eight o’clock sorry Ant yeah - Anthony or Antfog1 you could save even more money now that your hazelnut coffee has gone up in price that’s right just go to Dollar Tree and get this french vanilla yeah and who knows they might have a hazelnut they just didn’t while we were there if I were a prepper what if I were a prepper right preparing for the end of the world and I knew I was gonna need coffee if it’s the end of the world why do you need coffee you’re always needs coffee no you know what I mean like Preppers get ready to the end of the world into the civilized world like Revolution yeah such a good show but this is the coffee I would buy because you wouldn’t have to spend as much money on it right right and you can drink it if you’re a broke prepper well or even if you’re not I think a lot of the Preppers use their money on ammunition and weapons that’s wise and then other food but coffee can get pricey if you’re buying a bunch of it and and some of them only say they’re good for a certain amount of time this actually goes longer than a year on the bag I think it said sometime in 2019 yeah right right yeah can you see that I know January 2019 backwards there we go yeah well it says 19 but so that’s what I would do yeah like I would put it in there and it would stay good probably forever mm-hmm and I’m really glad we tried this and it was kind of a joke we had running you know between us like oh we should try to go to Dollar Tree and try their coffee and actually it’s just it’s not offensive right yeah it’s drinkable it’s drinkable the whole cup sure if you want to go I can taste that French vanilla and it’s fake tasty yeah it’s a little fake tasty but that’s all flavored coffees really yeah but I’m amazed mm-hmm at the one dollar for six ounces of coffee for 40 cups of coffee right which really is 20 cups of coffee right but for a dollar three dollars a pound yeah $2.50 no wait no 6 ounces Oh 16 yeah yeah that’s right not 18 I’m just having trouble with my brain yeah but somewhere around $2.50 yeah it’s probably really easy math and I just can’t do it right now but yeah so overall I’d say yes we would buy it again heartily especially if we like had a really bad month oh yeah if we’re broke let’s go get some dollar tree coffee we know where we can get it cheap so yeah Dave Ramsey coffee he hates it when people do that I know but we should call it that hey we could brand it yeah no we are in no way affiliated with Dave Ramsey no we’re affiliated with him just not no if you were to say affiliated that implies he endorsed us no he doesn’t endorse us as much as I’ve tried okay but thank you for joining us and if you uh if you find any other flavors at Dollar Tree let us know yeah in the comments below we might even try them but you can follow us on Facebook Instagram and YouTube and on our website coffeecoffeecoffeeshow.com anything else nope keep grindin that’s right

Eight O'Clock Hazelnut Coffee Review
VIDEO TRANSCRIPT: hey welcome to coffee coffee coffee your place for average Joe coffee reviews I’m JR and this is Kayla and today’s coffee was recommended by a viewer Antfog1 Antfog1 thank you very much for submitting the recommendation that’s his brother my brother-in-law his little brother but anyway hazelnut Eight O’clock Coffee is it good there’s a fire alarm going off right now no no in the background no it’s the kid’s timer oh okay so so Eight Oclock Coffee hazelnut it’s the first flavored coffee we’ve ever reviewed here right it’s the second I think Eight O’Clock coffee we’ve reviewed yeah I know there’s been at least one yeah but so the thing that’s different about flavored coffees is that you get artificial and natural flavors in addition to the coffee beans hmm so this isn’t just you know ground coffee beans or even there’s no hazelnuts in this it’s just coffee and the formaldehyde the flavorings yeah and so like I watched or I read a little article and how do they flavor coffee and they use propylene glycol to like it’s like this chemical which is perfectly safe according to the FDA but and if the government says it you know it’s true it must be true but no so but it’s if I’m sure it’s safe but it’s just something to be aware of then there are you know additional things in the coffee the smell the smell is rather strong wouldn’t you say I’ve smelled it there’s an aroma and it’s like very obvious when you’re brewing the coffee it’s got a like a real hazelnutty buttery right kind of smell to it so I like the way it smells yeah it smells good are you ready are you ready to go for the tasting 100% Arabica beans from South America plus the propylene glycol and other stuff yeah and they’re natural and artificial flavoring these 17 most feared words are I’m from the government and I’m here to help and the propylene glycol in your coffee fine I don’t know how many words that is I don’t either okay so let’s give it a whirl look will it taste like hazelnut or butter okay yeah let’s see first of all I want to ask the audience what’s your favorite mug because I want a mug that will keep my coffee hot hmm and my coffee does not stay hot Yeti don’t say Yeti well if it works I just want to make it put it what I would really like is a dishwasher-safe mug that actually keeps your coffee hot so if anyone has suggestions on that give me a shout yes okay so your thoughts you obviously have something my thought is that Antfog1 this is his favorite coffee he should try some other coffee sorry Antfog1 but like okay it’s not my favorite coffee but I do think it’s better than the other eight o’clock that we tried it’s it’s not a bad cup great like do you drink the whole cup almost oh okay yeah well that’s the way you tell if you don’t like the coffee but I mean but I find myself I enjoy it it’s not my favorite is it doesn’t have a very strong coffee flavor like a you know what I mean like there’s not that richness there and like to have another coffees but it’s not bad yeah maybe that’s the thing maybe it’s just different for us yeah for me yeah like the flavor it’s certain yeah certainly it’s not that coffee thing that we’re expecting is like it’s different it’s got a hazelnutty kind of flavor mm-hmm yeah it’s like I stopped in at the Racetrac and picked up this cappuccino flavored *cappuccino maker sound* right nothing right so yeah so I think overall would we buy it again mmm I don’t think so I think I paid $5.99 for this bag so I don’t I don’t think we would just because maybe because yeah that’s the flavoring thing yeah it’s not cheap coffee if it was really cheap yeah then I might say something different yeah yeah but yeah that price point nah yeah right yeah uh well you can find this review and other reviews at our website coffeecoffeecoffeeshow.com where we have a coffee table which has all of our reviews and like that a chart that shows if I like it if she likes that how much it costs per pound kind of places you can get it as far as like the store or farmers market or whatever and kind of gives you a rundown on what you can do you can sort the chart change it up and see the prices and all that crap mm-hmm you can also find this on Facebook Instagram and YouTube for the videos great on YouTube which you’re watching right now it could be on YouTube maybe it’s on Facebook but check it out if you have a coffee that you would like for us to try send us a line at PO box I’m just kidding um I don’t know if we have an email address not that I can think of wait don’t you can comment on one of those places on social media yeah pretty sure anything else nope I have said enough you’ve said plenty all right bye

Peet's Coffee Major Dickason's Blend Review
VIDEO TRANSCRIPT: you’re arm’s gonna get tired my arm is tired hey everybody we’re just gonna JibJab just a second to see if anybody joins during this special LIVE edition it’s National Coffee Day I was gonna wait to announce that oh sorry it’s weird having to talk to you and then look but I’m looking over there well how do I talk to you should I talk to you should I look at that or should I look at that either way all right let’s get started we have about 1,500 people in here so that should be good so welcome to coffee coffee coffee your place for average Joe coffee reviews and as we okay we got fifteen hundred and one people as we mentioned previously today is National Coffee Day yeah which means that I don’t know we drink coffee coffee well another cup yes and it’s your mom’s birthday yes and it’s Anthony’s birthday fitting for them to have this Wow National Coffee Day on their birthday mm-hmm so today we are reviewing a new coffee of course and Kayla what coffee is that well we are reviewing Pete’s coffee with and their Major Dickason’s Blend yeah I think I pronounced that right it is supposed to be a dark roast rich complex and full-bodied and which is the same definition of a previous review of a community coffee that cafe special oh right was rich full full-bodied so bad oh man so we’ll see how does that compare right so but there’s a nice story that goes along with this coffee let’s hear it so Major Dickason was actually a real live person he was a loyal customer at Pete’s coffee house and his name was key Dickason and he was a sergeant a retired sergeant in the army but he worked with Mr. Pete to form like a really nice blend of coffee and they’re really good friends and everything and so Mr. Pete decided to name the coffee after him and he even gave him a promotion to major yeah what’s wrong with sergeants nothing is wrong with sergeant because you were a sergeant in the Marine Corps right yes and so it is their all-time bestseller so this is not only is Pete’s good coffee but this is the best of the best as far as sellers go right so maybe it’s just a thing that people have it’s like that patriotic thing mm-hmm and we should talk about price right so of course I bought it this morning at Publix it was $7.99 for a 12 ounce bag so that comes out to what it is a 1065 a pound and depending on what it tastes like did you smell it I did smell it smelled like coffee I hope so because we’ve had two bags of really bad coffee for the last week and a half feels like yeah for at least two weeks yeah bad coffee yeah so we’re gonna try this one on this special live version of coffee coffee coffee National Coffee Day yeah sorry for the way that audio and video is this is how we have to do the live version for now but we will be getting a webcam and we’ll hook it up with a regular microphone in the future yes right you ready to taste it yeah I’ll see if I can hold the camera still this might be the best hold it why don’t I hold it I’m I’m better at holding the camera I think we all know this it’s true you can say anything you might not even be able to tell that I am holding the camera it’s so still actually now that my my efforts are divided between no I got it no I hold still let me hold strong you’re going to spill it all over yourself I will say what is different about this review is that one we have a visitor at the door two that we normally drink the coffee several times before we review it yeah we just got this today so it’s a brand new blend right or brand new tasting right you’re gonna have a visitor over there with no shirt it’s Elijah say hi to everyone Elijah Hi okay go play please yeah so this coffee I’m trying to you know it normally takes me a while to really get a feel for coffee yeah did we talk about the 2tbsp thing yeah this no this is two tablespoons per six fluid ounce cup yeah and so that’s what they recommend is doing two tablespoons and I I really like this coffee I can already tell even though we’ve all had I mean I think I’ve had this blend before over at your mom’s but I do like the dark roasts and you are more of a light medium I’m like yeah I’ll have a medium mm-hmm medium person just like my skin tone my muscle mass medium build yeah it’s not my favorite for $10 a pound I’d find something else I really enjoy I’m actually enjoying it the further down in the cup I go now I’m getting better that’s the thing I might sometimes I do sometimes they don’t it just depends on the type of coffee it is like it it’s um like what’s that word it’s not bitter but it’s well it’s better almost a bitter flavor it’s borderline yeah it’s like it’s a dark it is a dark roast which I like it’s like got a nutty chocolaty maybe a little bit chocolaty in there I just have to like what I have said in the past is that it helps for me to know can I get to the bottom of the mug and like it the way through if I can’t finish the mug then I just don’t like the coffee yeah rich and complex um what are you doing? Community Coffee Cafe Special Review
VIDEO TRANSCRIPT: hey welcome to Coffee Coffee Coffee your place for average Joe coffee reviews Kayla what are we reviewing today let’s get right to the point today we are reviewing Community Coffee’s Cafe Special which is a medium dark roast it’s supposed to be smooth and full flavored and we paid the same amount for this as we did for the other bag which was five dollars yeah five dollars a bag yes smooth and full flavored yes like me on jazz night I hate jazz fun fact about me so yeah so it’s like a three out of five on darkness according to their own scale five on body five five out of five on body full bodied they are saying it’s gonna pack a punch this is as bodied as it get this is body and you know only a 2 out of 5 on brightness which we still don’t really understand don’t know what I mean yeah but yeah so it does say to use two tablespoons which we discussed in the last video but we’ve what is this one this is two like we made it with two but we also tried it with one right yeah and we’ll talk about what we thought of all of that yeah so Community Coffee let’shave at it right you’re so excited I wonder what you think of this coffee *fake slurping* *giggling* well don’t make me spit out the coffee I already want to do it if if this is what body tastes like then I don’t want a coffee with body yeah*whispering* I don’t want to drink it yeah it’s actually one of I think the least enjoyable cups that we’ve had since maybe Publix coffee without a doubt yeah I mean it’s one of the things cardboard is one thing I definitely taste yeah um a bean like a beanie maybe nutty I don’t know but overall it’s just it’s not you know what it has it has a very strong flavor of not good yeah it is like it’s just yeah I just I don’t enjoy it at all like at all I in fact have a headache from this morning because my second cup I didn’t drink it I drank like from here to there I was like I can’t is that the one that gave to Elijah you don’t want it yes I gave it to our five-year-old so we’ll see if his mattress is wet tomorrow protip don’t let your kids to have coffee or your smaller children have coffee our older two they like coffee and we sometimes let them have it but yeah our five-year-old will pee the bed if you give him coffee it was early in the day though so I think it will be all right yeah maybe so oh I didn’t even there was no run up to oh but we might win money off yeah of our next bag yeah oh we got another fifty five cent off coupon fantastic yeah can you use them to save up for like what you had five of them could we get it free oh wait no if you get a half a bag yeah about so yeah well anyway I don’t foresee me using them the bottom line on the last two roasts of Community Coffee is they are not for us yeah they’re not now I will say both of these that we reviewed they seemed like they might be like this like some specialty roast that they do yeah because like this one was Cafe Special the other was like New Orleans blend so maybe like their more mainstream mainstream wins are good and so we will find out we will trudge through the depths of Community Coffees despair yeah and I’m telling you I know there is at least one bag that I got before and I really liked yes I think I remember that yeah before we started reviewing coffee so should pay more attention now yeah yeah anyway all right well if you want to find out more about us don’t google us but go to Facebook Instagram what in the world we’re not hiding anything no I know if you google my name you’ll see a lot though because I’m a Realtor right and I’m very digitally present yeah so but you can find about Coffee Coffee Coffee on Facebook Instagram and YouTube and our website CoffeeCoffeeCoffeeShow.com where we have a coffee table which outlines all the reviews that we’ve done and whether or not we would buy and how much they cost per pound where they came from all that kind of stuff right and if you’d like a free bag of community coffee email us or comment below and we’ll send it to you maybe not mail it to you but if you live around here yeah we can just give you the coffee yeah hey you know we might pour the two Community Coffee bags together Communal Coffee and make make them our own blend yeah that sometimes does work Special New Orleans yeah all right well thanks for joining us and until next time there’s no tagline

Community Coffee New Orleans Blend Review
VIDEO TRANSCRIPT: hey welcome to Coffee Coffee Coffee this is your place for average Joe coffee reviews and today the average coffee is community coffee and it’s the New Orleans blend –*jazz trumpet imitation*–that’s me on Bourbon Street oh okay I feel like I’m there so it is a special dark roast mm-hmm it is supposed to be rich and vibrant aha it’s not their darkest roast it’s like a four out of five on roast body and then it’s a three out of five on brightness whatever that means yeah I don’t know how citrusy it is–i guess–I don’t know well there you go and it’s 100% Arabica beans doesn’t give us like where the beans come from or anything like that –the community– well actually the guy who started this company he did name it community coffee in honor of the community but no particular community know well his local community which apparently maybe was Baton Rouge –oh really–that’s where it was packed so they do they have a Baton Rouge blend I don’t think so I don’t know New Orleans blend anyway yeah so we will find out did he love New Orleans or hate New Orleans by the way that he flavored the coffee the New Orleans blend that’s right and he probably has no idea because he’s long gone I’m sure he is because the company started in 1919 which is 98 years ago depending on what month right it was we’ll call it 98 yeah speaking of numbers how much did we pay for this coffee it was $5.00 for this twelve ounce bag it’s not a bad price no it’s pretty cheap actually yeah for twelve ounces for ounces but it does say to use two tablespoons right so essentially that means it’s $10 for a 12 ounce bag if you use twice as much as what most coffees call for for one tablespoon for six fluid ounce cup right right right so we have tried it with the two tablespoons per six fluid ounce cup this is one tablespoon per six fluid ounce up and this morning I tried it with two heaping tablespoons per 12 oz cup because I was feeling saucy yeah I was still asleep yes he was it was awesome Saturday morning yep I woke up at like five yeah I didn’t so we’re gonna try it now and let you know what we think with both the tablespoon and the heaping and the two I like green mugs if you ever want to send me a mug yeah I just think it’s a disappointing cup of coffee overall like I’ve not liked any of the cups regardless of how many scoops or non-scoops yeah I will say if you’re following the profile of the coffee’s that I like I like it better with one tablespoon as opposed to the two so I mean you save money and also it tastes a little bit better I think but still you can buy coffee that is the same price or less yeah that’s better so I would pass yeah I would totally pass I would not buy it again yeah not this blend I I think we do like some other Community Coffees but just not this blend we’ll find out we’ll find out yeah there is however an instant win game which we have not played yet and we will try see maybe we will win a million dollars I don’t even know what it says like is it Tailgate Traditions ooh tailgate traditions I don’t know anybody that takes their coffee when they go tailgating yeah but did we win anything we won 55 cents off our next Community Coffee purchase it doesn’t have to be New Orleans blend does it no it does not so we will let you know which one we use it on assuming that we like other coffees if we end up liking the other one we review then we’ll go for a third bag and and let you know mm-hmm anything else on this coffee coffee he’s going through puberty I was singing oh okay that was me on I don’t know any other streets in New Orleans No Bourbon Street and what’s that other one Mardi Gras Street no no Bourbon Street’s in the French Quarter right right I think we’re right on my older brother was just recently there and he’s not said it smelled like urine and needed a bar of deodorant so we probably won’t be going to New Orleans anytime soon maybe not in the heat yeah just go in the in the winter maybe he just hit it on an off day I’ve been in New Orleans and I loved it but I was like eight so it’s been a long time I don’t know you were closer to the urine smell also I don’t remember any urine smell there we go plenty of fine folk that are watching this from New Orleans I didn’t say they smelled well thank you for joining us if you’d like to find us in other places just don’t listen to the place that you’re listening to now as I list where we’re at we are on YouTube at Coffee Coffee Coffee show Facebook Coffee Coffee Coffee Show Instagram Coffee Coffee Coffee Show and CoffeeCoffeeCoffeeShow.com where you can find our coffee table that has all the reviews that we’ve done and it outlines what we would buy what we wouldn’t buy the flavor profiles price per pound all that kind of stuff mm-hmm right anything to add that’s it you want to tell them our tagline don’t waste money on coffee we’re still working on it.
